The Petzl ACTIK CORE headlamp is a powerful, lightweight, and rechargeable solution, especially suited to wildlife and natural history outings in low-light conditions. With 625 lumens for just 88 g, it provides comfortable and efficient lighting for night surveys, amphibian outings, field monitoring, and late-day hikes.

 

Its wide or mixed beam is ideal both for close-range lighting, useful when reading the terrain or handling equipment, and for distance vision to secure your movements. The fixed or flashing red light helps preserve night vision and avoid dazzling observers or wildlife, which is especially valuable during nocturnal surveys or group outings.

 

Supplied with the rechargeable CORE 1250 mAh battery, it charges in 3 h 30 via USB-C and is also compatible with three AAA/LR03 batteries thanks to the HYBRID CONCEPT design. The lamp also features a phosphorescent reflector, a reflective headband, a LOCK function, and a storage pouch that can turn the lamp into a lantern.
