Shipping times
Orders are generally dispatched within 4 working days of receipt of payment. Once your parcel has been picked up, you will receive a tracking link enabling you to follow the progress of your order in real time.
Delivery methods
Packages are dispatched via Colissimo :
- Without signature by default.
- With signature, on request, for a secure delivery.
Whichever shipment choice you make, a tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges include :
- Preparation and packaging costs (fixed),
- Shipping costs, calculated according to the total weight of the package.
We advise you to group your items in one order, as we cannot combine two separate orders. Shipping costs will then be applied to each order.
Packaging and protection
We pay particular attention to protecting fragile items. Packages are packed in suitably sized cartons to ensure safe delivery.
