In all cases, the shipping costs will be refunded to you. In the event that you wish to be reimbursed, your account will be automatically credited with the amount of your order.
All returns must be sent to BIOTOPE EDITION - 9 TER AVENUE DU MAS DE GARRIC - 34140 MEZE - FRANCE, in their original packaging, complete, in good condition, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
Technical or scientific equipment is subject to specific warranty and return conditions detailed below: Club Biotope guarantees that the technical products purchased are free from manufacturing or material defects, in the event of normal use, for 6 months from the date of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund within 14 days of receipt of the product (shipping costs will be borne by the customer).
This warranty excludes
(1) Physical damage to the surface of the product, such as scratches or cracks on the exterior of the case;
(2) Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper installation or testing, any unauthorized attempt to open, repair or modify the product, or any other cause beyond the scope of use normal;
(3) Damage caused by accidents, fire, untimely power variations, other hazards or natural events (lightning, prolonged immersion in water, etc.).
