This smartphone digiscoping adapter is very easy to use. It attaches directly to the eyepiece of your spotting scope, binoculars, or monocular, and fits eyepieces with an outer diameter from 33 to 60 mm. Simply place your smartphone into the adjustable clamp, which fits phones 66 to 95 mm wide. The alignment rail makes it easy to center the phone camera with the eyepiece.
Once adjusted, setup becomes very fast: just place the phone back in position and use your optic’s magnification as a photo system. It is an easy way to capture birds and other wildlife in photos and videos. For sharper shots of still subjects, a 2-second timer is recommended to reduce shake at the moment of capture.
