  • Getting to know the SMART ;
  • Assistance in configuring and adjusting the device ;
  • Help with networking ;
  • Advice on best practices and installation of the equipment ;
  • Update of the device ;
  • Data recovery ;
  • Maintenance of the equipment and microphone tests ;
  • Parameterization of the SCADA module for dynamic wind turbine control ;
  • Remote diagnostics and troubleshooting.

This service is open to all and available every day, except weekends and public holidays, from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5pm.
